Demountable & Relocatable clean room Walkable ceiling partitions consisting sandwich type (double skin) flushed panels with High Pressure laminate(HPL) 4mm thick with Different infill options ,Material with GI/Alu Profile for reinforcement on Periphery , with proper Hanging system to withstand the walkable load ,provision for the Supply ,Light & Utility cut-outs including silicon sealant & all Necessary accessories.

DOORS

Doors are designed to flush into the wall panel / civil walls system on both sides We will supply the different Sizes of door as per the client requirement. Doors are fabricated from galvanized iron sheets duly epoxy powder coated (60-80 microns). Shutter has sheet thickness of 0.8 mm and the frame of 1.2mm. depth of door frame adjustable as per the panels thickness and shutter thickness of 46mm.

The following accessories are a part of the door: Hinges, Handles, Push plats ,Door closer , Door coordinator, Lock & key ,Vision panels ,Concealed flush bolt for double door , concealed drop seal , SS Kick plat , Door seal and ETC Standard Doors size: - 750 ,900,1000 ,1200 ,1500 ,1800 & 2000 mm (width) X 2100 ,2200 mm(Height)
